We have been very impressed with how WHP conducts their business. Being in business ourselves we really appreciate good service and dealing with honest people.

We found that Kevin, as the site manager, was always available to answer any tricky questions and Nathan we found very helpful and obliging. They always kept the site tidy when they left. Mark (The Boss Man) always had lots of good ideas about how we could finish the surrounding areas of the pool and Dianne in the office was great, as usual the girls in the office play a very important role in customer service.

Oh and by the way we really love the pool.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our experience with WHP Designer Pools was good from start to finish. We were referred to WHP by Warren Green of Birdwood Landscape Design after unsuccessful consultation with two other pool companies. After our first telephone conversation, we felt as if we were ‘on the right track’ and at the end of our first meeting we had a sketch of our pool which we were thrilled with.
The contractors used by WHP were all professional and a pleasure to deal with. The excavator, the steel re-enforcement guys, the concreters and the pebble-creters were all overseen by the WHP supervisor Kevin Eastham who too, was a pleasure to have on site.
We have no hesitation in recommending WHP Designer Pools and their entire team. We had no problems with WHP what so ever and have found their service, including their service after the hand-over, brilliant. The ‘finished product’ is better than we expected and is not just a pool in our garden, but a beautiful feature.

My Husband and I had decided to purchase a pool as we have two young children and thought this was a great idea especially for the summer months. We had searched for around six months and had done some very thorough research.

Two friends of ours had recently purchased pools through WHP designer pools and I went to have a look at them and I was very impressed with the high quality and the different look that we also wanted to achieve.

Up contacting WHP we were both impressed straight away with the whole process. Firstly we received a package in the mail far superior to those of their competitors. We received all the information that we needed and a computer disk that had hundreds of pools for us to look at.

Mark Delany and his team of builders were most helpful and truly professional. I made numerous calls to Mark and he was always patient and understanding.

Our pool is now built and is truly beautiful and unique. We are so happy that Mark and the team including the girls in the office provided us with a pool that not only fits our family needs but also fitted our budget.

To Whom It May Concern

WHP DESIGNER POOLS were contracted by Lake Macquarie Council to design, landscape and construct a pool at Blacksmith Beachside Holiday Park.

Contracts were signed in November 2007 with construction to start January 14th 2008 and completion by Easter 2008. Construction was not able to be started on time due to Councils Earth samples not being finalised

WHP DESIGNER POOLS took this in their stride and rescheduled. At this stage Kevin Eastham had designs, plans and contractors waiting to start there respective jobs as they came due.

WHP DESIGNER POOLS started work on January 20th 2008.

During Construction rain delayed construction by 11 days and again WHP DESIGNER POOLS still continued with construction plans. WHP DESIGNER POOLS finished construction landscaping and filtration ready for the pool to be used by the 13th of March 2008, 1 week earlier than specified.

The Work carried out by WHP DESIGNER POOLS can only be described as Well Organized Diligent and Professional right up until the last plant and roll of turf.

Kevin Eastham’s design and origination skills are second to none as are his team of employees and sub contractors. The standard of work carried out throughout the whole job was exemplitory with all aspects covered well before they needed to be carried out. They are to be congratulated for their diligence in getting the job done on time and to such high standard of quality

WHP DESIGNER POOLS would in our opinion have to rate as one of if not the best pool construction company on the NSW East Coast.

I can without hesitation recommend WHP DESIGNER POOLS as pool and landscaping contractors to any person or company wishing to construct a swimming pool, be it the standard form or that unique out of the ordinary style Pool for individual requirements
